We have an amazing team. You should meet us.

History

Twenty-six years ago, it was difficult to find a course on geriatrics, even though over 50% of rehab patients were over 60 years of age. Although 90% of patients with hip fracture were seen by physical therapy, not one course covered the topic.

That all changed in the fall of 1985. That’s when Trudy Goldstein, PT, a geriatric practitioner, created QUEST Seminars: a new company with a new mission to teach about the practice of geriatric physical therapy in the home-care and long-term care settings. Courses included the rehabilitation of patient with total joint replacements, arthritis, stroke, fractures, and back pain.

For the past twenty-five years, that mission expanded to include all geriatric therapists in all treatment settings. Always innovative and ahead of the treatment standard, QUEST has strived to provide cutting-edge courses on other topics as well: motor control, imaging, stabilization, gaming technology, orthotics, functional exercises, tai chi, pain management, fitness, balance, and the latest information on new surgical and medical interventions.

QUEST has been, and always will be on the rehabilitation frontier, providing courses that are practical and immediately usable in the clinic, as well as exciting and beneficial for patients.

This is the best course I‘ve taken all year. I wish they had courses like this on the west coast. However, I will say it was worth traveling across the country to take this. I have never seen such a thorough overview of hip problems with the elderly. Michael Long, PT Framingham, MA

Excellent course content. Trudy is an excellent presenter. Correlation of current research and relationship to clinical practice is the most effective approach of any course I have attended…and I have attended many courses in 42 years of practice. Well Done!!! Francis Golden, PT Pigeon Forge, TN
